Tiny Champs (3-4)
Our Little Champs martial arts program is designed to build coordination, focus, and confidence in young children through fun, engaging activities. This beginner-friendly class introduces basic martial arts techniques, motor skill development, and structured play, helping kids develop discipline in a positive environment. With expert instructors guiding each session, children gain a strong foundation in balance, listening skills, and teamwork, setting them up for success in both martial arts and everyday life. Lil Champs (5-7)
The Little Champions program takes martial arts training to the next level by introducing kids to structured drills, self-defense basics, and confidence-building techniques. This class focuses on discipline, respect, and perseverance, helping students learn to follow instructions and set personal goals. Through engaging workouts and skill-based challenges, kids develop focus, strength, and teamwork, making this program ideal for young martial artists ready to grow. It teaches fundamental martial arts techniques and self-defense in an age-appropriate way, improves focus, listening skills, and perseverance to support success in school and life, and encourages physical activity and healthy habits in a fun, structured setting.
Children Warriors (8-12)
Our Children Warriors martial arts program blends self-defense training, physical fitness, and character development, giving students the tools they need to grow into confident leaders. This class focuses on strength, agility, and advanced martial arts techniques, helping kids sharpen their reflexes and improve coordination.
